Shamu Stadium Orlando Overhaul/Construction Scaffolding

Visited sea world today after a couple of years and notice scaffolding on the left side of Shamu Stadium. That whole section is blocked off to guest. I did a quick search online but did not find anything obvious. Anyone know what this is? Is this a renovation? The Stadium does look like its been left to die a slow and painful death.

We did the Killer Whales Up Close Tour last week and our guide told us that they are doing renovations and painting the white part at the top brown.
