How do you download the video with you riding the train? How do you purchase it? We just returned from Disney and it was on our account with our photos (which we did not purchase a package) and I just love the little video with us riding it. Surely there is a way to purchase and download!

Didn't by the Memory Maker this trip and only had very few pictures taken that would be in the Memory Maker but I think that mine train video is funny. Would love to have it!
We are going back in July for a wedding and all the family will be there so we may purchase the Memory Maker then and have more pictures taken. It might be worth the price of $149. then.

I would call. I thought there was a way that you could purchase photos individually. There used to be anyway. I love memory maker..but I can't imagine that it's the only way for people to get their pictures and videos.

I'm an AP Holder and came with my pass....So then when I wanted to view or Download the video it was all in a folder on the date I was there..I have all my ToT & 7D train vids backed up already since it was expiring soon...

I purchased MM last year, but had an AP this year so photopass was included.
It seems crazy that there isn't an individual purchase option. Some of the rides even have photo kiosks to buy them there. I've done that on day trips years ago.
I'll try calling them. I can purchase the pictures but there is no option to purchase that video. There is a download tab but is shaded out and not clickable.
The video was there (for viewing only) but I think only because our MDE account is linked with our son who has an annual pass. He may be able to figure it out for us when he gets back in from FL.
Our son linked our reservation with his and he has an annual pass. He said something about getting the photo's for free since he linked us. I'll check with him and see if we can get the video.

Yes! I did this with a friend last year. I had the memory maker, but we linked our MDE accounts and she was able to view all photos and videos.
You shouldn't have to purchase the photos or videos if your son had his Magic band swiped while you were there.
