Seven Dwarfs Mine Car opening

Does anyone know when the Seven Dwarfs Mine Car will be opening? I know I read that it was in the beginning of 2014. I am hoping they will be doing a soft opening when I am there this Feb.

Last year we were able to ride the Little Mermaid ride in Dec. Well before its official opening.

Well that won't work at all. We will be gone by then. We are there from 2/07-2/15. Who do I talk to about getting them to hurry up an finish sooner?

I realize the opening will be later. I'm just hoping they are testing it and letting people ride it. I know my odds are slim.
