I imagine it would be tough to sell them. I don't know, but I sure as heck wouldn't buy park tickets from anyone other than an authorized ticket broker.

I'm on hold with them right now. We'll see what happens. The initial response I got was via email, as I was told they couldn't help me over the phone.

Be a polite but firm P.I.T.A. until you get someone who's willing to help.

Can you add a no expiration option to them and use them for next year?

I have to send the tickets back, with a letter why I am requesting a refund, and they will make a decision.

Ridiculous.

We'll just have to plan better (hopefully next year). Obviously, you can't guarantee that everything will be operating, but for me the Matterhorn is just an absolute must do. For my entire life, I've seen the Matterhorn as more of a symbol of Disneyland than the castle. To miss it on what could be our only trip is just unimaginable to me.

Bring down your expectation... really. It's not that great, in fact in it's current state its not even worth riding multiple times :) If you have a choice, picking a time like right after thanksgiving or right after NYE are good times because you get the christmas stuff which is a nice addition.

Am I the only one that loves the Matterhorn? I do both sides every time I go to Disneyland. It's been a bummer having it down!

Nope, you're not the only one. I may complain about the new sleds, but I love Matterhorn to death. It's one of my favorite rides, and I can't leave the park without riding it at least once. I'm willing to take the beating.

I also love the Matterhorn but am praying the rehab helps it out a bit or they at least add some padding to the sleds, I ride the right side every trip but the left side has become so painful I usually skip it.

Just thought I'd follow up. Exactly what I was afraid of happening has happened. I did as the supervisor asked, and mailed the tickets back and got a confirmation. They were received on Saturday and now there is no record of them being returned.

I'm a little confused. If you received a confirmation, how is there no record of them being returned?

They were sent to a PO Box.

After waiting for a supervisor for 30 minutes, I was told this was normal, and it would take 4-6 weeks for a refund to be processed.
