Sending wine to a Disney resort room?

My sister and her boyfriend are in Disney right now and staying at All Star Sports for the week. He is planning proposing to her tonight in front of the castle during the fireworks. Does anyone know of a service where I could have wine or champagne sent to their room? Either by phone or online?
