Selling DVC Points

I’m only halfway thinking about it - I like the shorter contract, and if I can really get AKL for cheap - that’s my favorite resort and I love how peaceful Kidani is - I often spend an afternoon over there on my trips.

But if AKL is usually available - and Saratoga is cheaper…. Isn’t it smart to buy there but stay at AKL? Or am I missing a detail.

You're supposed to love Saratoga for what it is. lol. Jk.

I think the point is that it's a risk in booking, and it defeats the spirit of each residence being yours. People wear swag from their specific resort like it's a team hat/jersey.

One thing to remember is that the annual dues will be much more over the duration of the contract than the initial outlay. Make sure you factor that in.
