Selections for Magic Band Testing

Has anybody out there on the forum been selected for magic band testing?

I want to be selected so bad for my trip in Sept/Oct.

For those selected, I've heard it's via email, but how far out from your trip were you contacted?

I've not been selected and reallly really really want to be too I've heard that it's either email or snail mail. And, I've actually heard one person say he simply logged on to the website and saw that he could access it without any prior notification. I try just about every day, and no luck...

I'll start checking in online more often as well and see if I see anything.

I'm so glad to hear that I'm not the only one who wants to be picked. We have a similar trip at the end of September/early October and I keep checking to see if we get an e-mail. Nothing so far though. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Almost 3 weeks prior to our arrival date we received a letter delivered by UPS (not the postal service); that same evening we received the exact same letter via email. Our custom MagicBands have arrived (also delivered by UPS) and we have made our Fastpass+ selections.

We check-in to AKL on Saturday.
