just from what I'm reading online it seems Rise Of The Resistance is getting more reliable. anyone think we'll see Fastpasses or even Early Morning Star Wars hours like they have for Toy Story by April.....or May?

Rise of the Resistance is getting a bit more reliable but given the progress I've heard of, I can say with near certainty you won't see fastpasses any time soon. If I had to guess, I would say you'd be lucky to have fastpass by August or September.
It has better (but not brilliant) days and then slips again. There’s nothing consistently good yet.

I would accept it being reliable if the ride doesn't break down as often as before but I would appreciate reliability more if the ride runs at A-mode all the time than having lesser breakdowns/evacs but some aspects of the ride are on B-mode.
