I just closed on 150 at BCV for 70/point within the last 3 weeks. Disney declined ROFR

Hi. We are awaiting Disney on a 219 pt BWV at $70, actually two same use year contracts for 169 and 50. Extended December closing and no points til 2/14. These factors should help. We cant travel til then anyway. They grabbed our first 150 pt attempt at $67 with a ton of points in place.

Can I ask what your waived contract is? All points in place?

If you don't mind me asking, who did you go through. We are considering resale and wondering what are some good companies? (Understanding that The Timeshare Store is a sponsor for this site, I just have no knowledge of them or any of the other sellers)

I used Timeshare Store for mine. It was a very smoothe and positive experience. I would recommend them.

my contract was no points until 10/2014. 150 at BCV/70 a point
