I know Sleeping Beauty castle in Disneyland has a secret entrance revealing dolls telling the story of Sleeping Beauty and that the castle in Disneyland Paris has a dragon, a cauldron, and a few other things, but does Cinderella Castle have any secret enterences or anything? Just curious.

There are 4 secret entrances... heavy doors, but all leading to the silos...

I don't know where it is exactly. I've never been to DL. I've only read about it. You'll have to ask someone more experienced. Heck, I don't even know if the secret entrance is still open.

There used to be a walk though with dioramas of the Sleeping Beauty story in the castle. They closed a few years back. I heard that some of the dioramas were used in the shop windows of Disneyland's Main Street. I barely remember walking through the castle and being lifted up to see the scenes back in the early 60's-( now I feel real old!), lol.

As far as I know, the dioramas upstairs in the castle were closed. I seem to recall it was a disabled access issue...

It was closed soon after September 11, 2001 if I remember correctly.

While we're on this topic, I'm curious. I've noticed gated-off steps leading to a door on the outside of Cinderella's Castle, facing the Cinderella drinking fountain in Fantasyland. Where does that lead?

I believe it's an emergency exit for the restaurant. they need an alternate exit incase one is inaccessable during emergency.

I've actually used the Emergency Exit from Cinderella's Royal Table. The view from the Balcony up there is awesome. I don't remember if I posted about it or not when I got back in Feb. (2005) but I took a lil self-guided tour of CC. Just the exterior mainly...at night...got funny looks from some people lol. It was awesome though. I took some pics of Fantasyland from the Balcony but it was dark so they didn't turn out too well. However, I got one of Tomorrowland from the front corner of the castle. It looks awesome.

When we went in 2004 to Disneyland they told us that it was closed. The CM I talked to said that he wasn't sure it would ever open again, he said it wasn't really that popular.
