SeaWorld raises ticket prices

Following in the footsteps of their theme park neighbors, SeaWorld Orlando is raising the price of their one-day park tickets. Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando raised their prices earlier this summer. SeaWorld raised their prices 5.3 percent to $78.95, while Disney and Universal's tickets are 5 cents more at $79.

It's interesting to note that while raising one-day tickets, SeaWorld lowered the price of its "Fun Cards" by 6.7 percent to $69.95. Fun cards allow Florida residents to pay for less than one day and get admission to the park for a year.

"Come to SeaWorld; we're 5 cents cheaper!"

I must say, I bought a one-day ticket and upgraded to a Fun Card on my way out of the gate; a VERY good deal for Florida residents (or students at Florida schools, as I've found out). :D

Sea World is a very nice park that is relaxing, enjoyable and have a few rides to get your heart pumping. The park is clean and always well maintained. I say if they raised the prices the Clydedales have to STAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought the 2-Park "Length of Stay" ticket at their online store for $99.99. It was definitely worth it even though you can visit the parks in under a day....
