SeaWorld has been hiring new employees instead of restoring the employment of their furloughed employees. This was a cost-saving measure to save money by paying the new employees less.

They have allowed their team members to return and I know they were holding auditions for those in entertainment and allowing team members to try out...but at a pay cut.
