Me too! But most of all I hate waking up to go to the bathroom. It always seem to happen around 5 am or 6 am and then I only have a little more time to sleep and can never get back to sleep!

Ours is all common sense things - never be alone with a child (2 trained adults at all times), bathroom policies, etc. We all have to go through training to volunteer with kids.

There is 2 workers at all times. The childrens bathroom is right there so we can hear each other. No training so far but both of us have dealt with children in the childcare dept for yrs

Our church insurance policy insists on it now. Apparently there have been lawsuits in the past (not with our church), so this helps. We have to get background checks too.

I just got a call from the church that I work at. They want to have a child care committee meeting on the 13th. I hate meeting like this. Now I am all tensed up about it.

I don't know how wise I am today.
I just wrote out two cards. . .one for both Lauren and Ken and one for Lauren to open when she wakes up tomorrow morning. As I gave the one for Lauren to George so he could write his part, I completely lost it. He didn't know what to do, poor George. . .
