Yep, although I had to explain to my agent how the AAA preferred parking voucher worked. :brick: That isn't the first time I knew more about how things worked at Disney than she did. Shouldn't it be the other way around, since she's a "Disney specialist" ??

That's why I think I'd make a good Disney travel agent. You do have to know a lot about Disney...for it to be a successful vacation. And that's why I say too many people go to Disney without planning. And part of it is b/c those with travel agents don't really know that it needs to be done either! If the ones that are supposed to be the experts don't know, how can we expect those who are just planning to know? You know? :lookaroun

I'm going on the 18th but I could go again. I'm not sure yet. But more than likely, I'll be at Disney sometime somewhere that week.

I know. :lookaroun Actually, I agree with you - I'd like to be a Disney travel agent myself, I think it would be fun. Next time I'm either booking it myself or using Kingdom Konsultants.

Well, the only two evenings we'll be at the parks will be the 29th at Epcot, and the 30th at the Halloween party. The rest of the week we'll be back at our hotel by evening. If you're interested in meeting up I'll get you my cell closer to our trip.

Well, my mom keeps talking about renewing her travel agent stuff (she did it for a while on and off as kind of a hobby. I think it was to get cheap vacations. :lookaroun) and if she did, I could go in on it with her.

I was a travel agent for awhile too. I loved it. But as a sole income it was impossible to survive on the paycheck, let alone take advantage of the travel perks.
