Why can't the search engine find anything when I type in D23 or "D23" ?

Is it because it's only three letters? Can this be modified? I think D23 will become an issue on this site without a way to search for threads and info.

Because all forum search software that I'm aware of discounts short words. I'm not sure how much effort would be involved to re-write the software or whether it can even be done.

There "should" be a workaround. Such as enclosing within parentheses.

Perhaps some aspiring developer will create it. :shrug:

All D23 references should be written as DeeTwenty-Three, or DeeXXIII, until this issue is resolved. Perhaps there should be a sticky to this effect.
