Sea World to Busch Gardens - Shuttle Times

Hi guys,
I know all about the shuttle from SeaWorld to Busch Gardens, and I believe I once had a timetable/schedule, but I seem to have misplaced it.
Can anyone help me out with this?
I'm trying to figure out if there is one that goes early enough to make it worth the full day trip, or whether I would need to look at other travel options to get there for/around opening time.

Here's some information on the shuttle when I e-mailed Busch Gardens. The information is about a year old, so call the park for updated information.

Express. This is daily round-trip luxury coach transportation from Orlando to
Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. (just a short 1 hour ride) This is only $10.00 per
person round trip

FYI, SeaWorld just announced that you can buy a SW/BGT ticket and take the shuttle for free!
