school bread?

Tried school bread last month simply because I had never done so. It tasted quite good, but my main thought while eating was....."That's a whole lot of sugar!"

Oh yeah.

Quite a bit of it I imagine.

I’ve only had it once and to be honest I didn’t think it was anything to write home about. It was a roll with cream in the center of it, no biggie. Perhaps I need to give it another try.

The pastry is the consistency somewhere between a doughnut and a bagel. Not as airy or sweet as a doughnut but not as dense and chewy as a bagel. The filling is thick and rich. The texture and sweetness added by the coconut and icing seals the deal on this perfect pastry.

You keep talking like that and you will have to ship a few up to me on your next trip! :lol:

They really are tasty. When we are @ Epcot in the evenings for Illluminations I always stop and pick-up a few to bring back to the room for breakfast the next day. They did bump the price on these recently like $.75.

Holy Crap I love these things! I always wait until evening and then pick one up along with a cup of coffee. Soooo awesome....
