The Carnotaurus in DINOSAUR is still pretty formidable these days.
Like when the Time Rover stops to do a dinosaur scan AND I CAN SEE IT'S SHADOW LOOMING OVERHEAD...

He also screams so loud that I gotta wear earplugs lol. Pretty accurate for a dinosaur though with those big yells
Or heck, those plasma cannons in Stitch's Great Escape. They were loud and startling as hell
