It has got to be intentional. It's just too perfect.
It is apparently pretty big, too - it looks like it could cover a good portion of the Magic Kingdom. I've never heard of this before, but I might just have to drive out there and see it!

Did you get any clues as to what it is?
no pics from the road view... please.I just drove to go see this! Its on a dirt road, basically in the middle of nowhere, but only about a mile from Rt. 27. Of course, you can't really make out the shape from the ground, but I could tell it was it.
nice infoWow... how soon we forget...
Those pine trees were planted in early 1992 by a lot of sweaty cast members and family members to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort as well as promote environmentality.
The land is (was? I think we've deannexed some chunks up that way) a Reedy Creek Improvement District parcel.
Cast members can stop by the Walt Disney World Library and Research Center in the SunTrust building and take a look at the Eyes & Ears issue from late Feb/early March 1992 (can't recall exactly which, it was a week or two after obviously) to see a cool write-up.

Well, it was actually dark out when I went... but I could still make it out. I'll try to go back in the daytime to get some pics... but it honestly just looks like a big cluster of trees since you can't make out the shape from the ground.
