Guys

We are a family of 4, me DW, DD (4) and DS (2), travelling to the world 2012.

Which should we choose SS or OKW

Can you guys give us the good and the bad and even the ugly lol

Will probably be having a 2 bed villa.

For a family of 4, with (2) youngsters... the 1bdroom @ OKW is plenty big enough. It is a much better layout than at SSR...IMO. The living room/kitchen area is very roomy with the pullout. The Bedroom is far enough down the hall as well. We are DVC and have stayed at both a few times. Both offer a nice relaxed atmosphere and (for us anyway), a nice step away from all the craziness of WDW after a day at the parks.

I agree with requesting a Bldg near the main pool. I can not remember the Bldg #s though. Nice boat ride down to DTD as well... kids should love that.

Now if you are set on a 2bdrm... I would say look into the Treehouse Villas at SSR. I have never stayed but visited family who was staying in one. They were very nice. Either way you van not go wrong... so relax and have fun!
