Sarah's Place/Nelson Park

They aren't that close to each other, we chose legacy dunes because it was back off the road among other things. I don't know what high school gateway goes to but legacy dunes goes to Celebration. If possible you should come check them both out and then make a decision.

I may be too late, but I'd recommend Cagan Crossings to anyone. It's right at 27 and 192 and the rent is CHEAP!

In the old side, the rent is between $400 for a studio and $600 for a two bedroom (give or take).

In the new side, one bedrooms start at around $600.

It's clean, safe, and there is a shopping village being built at the front of the complex that should be open within the year.

I've lived at Sarah's Place (ghetto) and in Hunter's Creek (expensive) and found that CC is the only place worth renting from. It's not conveniently loctaed to anything but Disney, but if that's where you work then why pay more?

There's my informercial. Hope it helps.

Billy,
I had a friend that lived in cagan crossings, he also loved it. I tried to get in there but back in early dec. when i was looking, they were all booked up through march. That was just too late for me. But I will not rule that place out after my lease is up. Did you stay in the new side or old side? My buddy was in the old and they were nice. He agrees that since everything around there is growing it is a nice place to live.
