Sammy Duvall waterskiing

How is the waterskiing from the Contemp? Where do you go? What do you see?...We love to ski, but never have at WDW-it's got to make for some awesome pictures! Is Goofy still out there?

We didn't do the water skiing, but did try para-sailing this past May. It was fun, but once you are up you just keep going around and around seeing the same sights. I probably won't spend the time on it again. As for logistics, as you said the water sports are run by Sammy Duval at the Contemporary boat dock. You should call to book ahead. There is a separate phone number, but since I'm at work now (ssshhh) I don't have it available. I'm sure the usual Disney operators can connect you.
BTW, we used our discovery wishes for the para-sailing, so it felt like it was "free." The real cost is something like $80/person I think.
