Same day FP epcot

I just found out that test track will have long lines at rope drop. I wasn't using my brain when we made our FP selections. I forgot that epcot has far less attractions so everyone flocks to the same ones. We reserved our last pass of that day for mid afternoon. Would we be able to still get a same day for test track? Any tips to get on frozen and test track with shorter waits? Soarin is our favorite so we had to guarantee that with a fast pass. Now I wish we had rope dropped it. Oh well.

A 4th FP for Test Track really depends on how crowded the park is and how many people are in your party. An additional FP for one or two people is easier to obtain than FPs for 4 or more. Rain or lightning in the area impacts Test Track as it will close for a period until it is safe to reopen.....and then crowds will return making the lines (FP, single rider and standby) very long. Some people split up and choose to wait in the single rider line, but it is not always faster than regular standby and you cannot do this with a young child, since “single riders” are used to fill cars with remaining single seats.

If you go to Frozen at right at rope drop or closer to park closing you will have a short wait. Getting a 4th FP for this is more difficult than Test Track.

To me Soarin' is the easiest to get. You can do single rider line for Test Track. I've seen Frozen for less wait than TT though, but harder to get FP for. I've had Soarin' the day of for FP as well, but also much shorter waits first thing in the morning.

Single Rider is always a good option for Test Track.

Rope drop Soarin', rush over to single rider Test Track. *almost* always a quick way to knock them both.

Test Track is almost always not crowded last thing.

The single rider line is also a good option, though you won't get the full experience of designing your car (although there is a station where you can do that at the end).
