If you are a bit flexible with your plans, you may do OK. Finding BoG or CRT at 5:30 PM for a party of 4 - not so likely, but eating at some of the other places, and at less popular hours, with a party of 2, you should do OK.

Allthough I did get a table for 5, at BOG, at 5:30, as a walk up once. Walked up at 5:15, and was seated at 5:30, so lucky things can and do happen,.

Your trip sounds amazing! I can't wait to see how it all goes. Butttt, with the 30th, after a late breakfast are u really going to be ready for a buffet so soon after? You might be right in wanting to cancel.
Well, my "trip" is not even recognizable from where it was at 2 months ago.lol.
After I figure out these reservations I'm going to put the itinerary in my pre trip report. Then when I get home I'll compare my PT to my actual Trip report and see how close they match up.lol. This will most likely be the second and last time that we do 9 nights exclusively at WDW. By the time we go back as a family Universal will carry a lot more importance. Given that fact, I'm trying to do 'everything' without actually doing 'everything'. Don't know if that makes sense, but it does in my crazy mind.lol.
I think I will cancel the Chef Mickey. We could order room service for dinner while getting ready for EMH. Hopefully give kiddo a chance to rest.

What do you think about the HS day? Will a ppo breakfast give us any kind of advantage?

I've been to Disney at that same time of year, the weekend and week after Thanksgiving. The parks aren't that packed once you hit that Monday. At least it wasn't for me. Love the football day. I'd do the same thing. Ha!!!

/Ha ha thanks!!! I hope it will be the same during our trip! I will be watching the weather and hopefully it will be warm enough to do a cabana day, I can cancel 24 hours before..and will if the temperature is cold or rainy. The Big 10 Championship Game is on the 4th :( time is still TBD but we leave at 7:30pm that evening. I'm planning on turning my phone on airplane mode and wifi off for the entire day. Recording the game and will watch when we get home. The OSU Michigan game --I have to watch live though.

That's the same with me and Notre Dame and the Vikings. Have to watch it live. Speaking of Big 10...I'm in MN. The Gophers will never sniff the Big 10 Championship. Although, the media around here think they could pull off wins against WI or NE. That would be impressive, but I doubt that.

Selfishly I don't want that to happen bc of this-My fantasy is that Michigan and OSU will both be in the playoffs..and then the championship game. It's a long shot, but this is the closest season that has the possibility of it actually happening than we've had in the past 10 years.

I need everyone we've beat to win out, and I need Washington to lose at some point. Then I have to trust that the committee would do the right thing..like I said- long shot. But it won't keep me from dreaming about it.lol

I don't think that can happen since they are both in the Big Ten East. Don't they take the 2 top teams in the West and East for the championship game?

It's supposed to be the top 4 teams, which was one of the reasons for the playoffs being introduced. They want to see the conference winners.. BUT- if Michigan's one loss is against Ohio State and if OSU wins the championship, AND Washington also has a loss.. I just don't see any way that Michigan could be dropped from the top 4. That's a whole lot of "if' though.lol

Oh! You're talking about the National Championship. I was talking about the Big Ten Championship. Sorry about that.

Still going to be tough for anyone to get through Alabama.

Yay for Minnesota! I don't get too into college football but pay a little attention to the Gophers since someone from my small town is one of their starting players.
