One of the best things I've ever had in Disney World was a seasonal salad at the Yachtsman Steakhouse. It had mixed baby greens, prosciutto, shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano, pears and a vanilla balsamic vinaigrette. I would have been happy to forego entrées and just have a giant bowl of that salad for dinner.
Sounds awesome..Roll on the better weather here,so I can try some of these suggestions.
Hmmmm! Honey & Lime sounds a great combo..My favourite tomatoes at our supermarket are tomatoes on the Vine from Italy.There is nothing on the planet like home grown tomatoes! I could eat them for days and I have
Brown Derby Cobb is my fav but the honey lime that they use to serve in Ohana, gets an honorable mention!

A few years ago, I had the best salad at Hurricane Hannah's by the pool at Beach and Yacht. They changed it since the refurb, though. Walnuts, dried cranberry, goat cheese, and white balsamic dressing.

They have that Honey lime vinaigrette recipe in the recipe thread box! Easy and delicious!

The best salad I have eaten @ WDW was shockingly @ Flame Tree BBQ. I have had salads at nearly every TS and Signature restaurant in WDW and the winner and the one I always go back for has been the BBQ Chicken Salad. The depth of flavors amazing for a CS salad with the smokeyness of the chicken and the sweet of the BBQ sauce is absolutely perfect. Unfortunately I heard that it has been changed slightly and I fear my disappointment the next time in AK.

I can't say that I've had a ton of salads at WDW, but the one we had at Garden Grill was very good. Plus added cool factor that supposedly much of it is grown there....
There is also a nice cucumber salad at Roaring Fork...pictured next to sandwich below...
