Safari Amber in Epcot

One of my favorite things to have at Disney is the Safari Amber, which is all around AK. We leave next week and likely won’t be spending much time in that park. You used to be able to get this as Refreshment Outpost in Epcot, but it looks like it may have been replaced for Festival of the Arts (that wasn’t the case last year). Does anyone know where else it might be available in Epcot or an easy way to search menus? The app hasn’t been very helpful. Thanks!!
