I know I'll get a lot of eyerolls and crap over this, but I'd hereby like to dub freak the king of the witty retort. garyhoov has the honor of giving me the most moments of feeling... uncomfortable.

My son says Bob-Bob too. I don't even know where he learned it. I showed him a brochure for Carowinds (they have a 3-D Spongebob ride this year) and he was pointing and yeliing Bob-Bob. I finally realized what he was talking about later on. :D

Well, I am the king of corny jokes... if you don't know yet, just wait. I have some real stinkers.

MM, I've heard you're new to Michigan, transplanted from Ohio. I was born in Michigan (Go Big Blue!) and moved to Ohio later in a job transfer for my Dad (I'm talking YEARS ago). What part of Ohio were you in?

8,5,3, and 13 months? Kinda got your hands full, don't you? I remember those ages well--I'm sure the first three especially are big daddy-girls. My daughter took a little time to really warm up to me as long as momma gave her what she wanted and could only give her (if you get my drift).

We're originally from Lima, moved to Columbus for Andy's last year of undergrad, to Kansas City for his 1st 2 years of med school, came back to Lima for his last two years (clinicals... just kind of here and there), Toledo for internship year, and finally here to Detroit, where he is a resident at DMC. I guess we've spent the last eight years trapsing across the midwest! But we get to be still for a few years now.. thankfully. And then it's back to Lima, most likely. Yes, my kids are definitely daddy's girls, except for the baby. The three big ones really have no need for me, except daddy is a horrific cook. They're really great kids, though. My hands don't feel that full... although I'll probably look back someday in amazement. It sounds much busier than I feel!!

Lima? Well, I don't think we were too far from you when we were in Ohio--lived in Salem for two years. And since you're in Detroit, I wasn't too far from you there either. I was born in Pontiac--same hospital as Madonna. I guess that's my claim to fame, if you can call it that.

Welcome, Jenn, Cindy, MouseMadness, and everyone else! (Whew - I forget to visit this thread for a day or two, and it gets away from me!)

Now, Freak, mind your manners and don't scare anyone away - at least until they get to know you better and realize what a sweet guy you are! :)

Why thank you! I consider that a great honor!:king:

(Though I think if you review the posts, you'll see that I'm not the one with the filthy censored posts. Not that I hold them against you, it's just that I'm very happily married, so I don't personally post filth as a general rule.)

Well, truth be told, even I've been censored before. . . that's why I never say ________ or ________ or ________ anymore. Would you believe ________ of a ________ ing ________, ________ ________ ety ________ ________ isn't even allowed?

Freak, please tell me you got the picture of my precious babies, and I didn't send them to some total stranger somewhere! (someone who's email address contains the word "freak") I'm a terrible mother. My children are floating around cyberspace.

I'm just acting. I hope you don't take it the wrong way. People around here are used to me, so they're not as much fun as some poor unsuspecting mother of four. Every blank space is actually "p00p". Ever since I found out that word is censored, I type it whenever I want an intentional blank spot. In actuality, people at work laugh at me because when I hit my thumb with a hammer, I say something like "DARN"!

*In a Charlie Brown-ish voice*

I can't believe she sent her kids to someone she doesn't even know whose name even has Freak wrote in. Good Grief.

Me, too. I usually get in trouble because people take me the wrong way. Unfortunately, sarcasm is one of my more charming qualities.

Alright! Don't rub it in... I notice that freak's been awol ever since I sent the kids' pic. He's taken it hostage, I know. I'm a horrible, terrible mother. I've sent my sweet little babies into the "freak cave" (isn't that what he calls it?)
