this looks fun , I bet nick could do this ... , to me its all in your footwork... to keep up with the pace and speed of the tredmill ... to bead asics don't do this more often at running events!

Awesome! I will be working the NYC marathon this Sunday and I was trying to explain to my staff just how fast those guys run (its hard to get it across to non-runners) and this video was a great help.

I didn't realize it was going to be a commercial run constantly throughout the Marathon coverage as well!
