A lot of people still aren’t thrilled about the first Guardians coaster, and you’re out here just casually suggesting a second one?! Bold! Not even Bob Chapek loves GotG that much!
I think one GotG coaster is the optimal number of GotG coasters. If they go ahead with your idea, they should retheme the Epcot one to TRON, and then retheme the TRON one to Aerosmith.

Google Neil Peart spinning drum solo. It is as close to upside down as one can imagine . It is not a gimmick, it is pure talent.

Given the Old Hollywood setup to the ride with it's location off Sunset Boulevard, The Toontown angle seems to fit the best... They could create a portal where the current archway stands, and re dress the entire area to Toontown... Then expand that area behind the Sunset Market up to Animation Courtyard.... Do a Benny the Cab runaway coaster... They could put Roger Rabbit's CarToon Spin where the Animation building sits and add a few other things between and have a fun engaging land...Rather than another disconnected attraction in a park that already feels kind of random.

What if they did a Twilight Zone 1939 car coaster. On the same fatal night as the Hollywood Tower was struck, so too were cars leaving the lobby. Guests could be in Graham convertibles listening to old crackily glitchy radio as we travel through time.
Of course this only works if Bob can make it into a miniseries on D+
What happened to those 1930s automobiles that used to be parked on Sunset Blvd at DHS? Make them into flying automobiles!

I don't know who Olivia Rodrigo is, so eh. If they were going to revamp Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, I agree that the Electric Mayhem would be a good choice. I've also heard A Goofy Movie suggested.
I could actually picture them doing that. Have the characters scrambling to get to a Gazelle concert and blare "Try Everything" throughout the ride...
I'd be shocked if they never considered that when Hannah Montana was popular.
