Rope Drop Timing

So I've seen that they have been letting people in the Magic Kingdom before the posted opening. Is this the case for all the parks? Does anyone know what time they've been letting people in the international gate on Epcot's 11am openings?

For this past winter, they have opened parks for us about 45 minutes earlier than the official published opening.
Is still the case? I arrive at BLT on April 6 and they just expanded the park hours just in time for me!! MK is opening at 8 am. Am I right that it will actually be open about 7:15? [I have to be there for rope-drop!!]
