Rope Drop Firsts!

Funny our rope drop firsts aren't attractions their all dining.

MK - CRT
HS - H&V
AK - Tusker House
EP - Akershus

Oh. Please note we don't do these every rope drop just our first days back in the world.

This sounds like me and my group..if we are up in time for rope drop it's for food!

HS-Toy story Mania fast pass then DH does RRC single rider
E-Soarin FP then Little Nemo
MK-POC
AK-safari
We always get FP then go on another ride until time in every park first thing!

Not sure how long they have been doing this, but at HS last two weeks, they were letting people in at around 8:35 when the park opens at 9 and they just let everyone go, they used to stop you at the BAH. However, the only thing running is TSM, so we did fastpass, rode it twice, then went to TOT and RRC, stop at Staring Rolls for a fantastic cinnamon roll, then back for our TSM fast pass, it was great! We have a tradition of getting a fast pass for TSM for around 2-3:00 and giving it to two lucky people on our way out of the park...great way to spread the magic for those that don't get there early.

EPCOT - Gran Fiesta (I know WS doesn't open until 11, but being first in line is awesome!)
DHS - Streets of America before it fills up

Mk...Fantasyland and usually Peter Pan, or something without a line.
AK...Once it was EE, Now...we take our time
DHS...Toy Story... for the WIN!
Epcot...never been there at rope drop. Can't imagine running to anything.

Good Morning All. Just curious here,but at rope drops at the 4 parks,what are your first things you hit.? For me it's the following. HS...Toy Story....Epcot...Soarin'....AK....Kilimanjaro....MK....Main street bakery for my latte & cinnamon roll...What are yours...??.

Sadly, a "first" would be arriving at any park at rope drop. We tend to meander in a little later (closer to 11:00). Too tired from rushing every day at work.

Epcot - Soarin for fast pass or go there right away depending on the line.
MK - depends on what day.
AK - Kilimanjaro Safaris
DHS - Toy Story Midway Mania for fast pass and see how the line is.

I made my comment about MK for a reason. I go to MK multiple times each trip when the rope drops, but I only do coasters once only one time each for each trip. Coasters is something I do right away, but only if I go on them.

We have all the same, except MK. We always go to Philharmagic first. Don't know why, but it's a tradition!

MK- Splash after getting fast passes for BTMRR
Epcot: Soarin
DHS: ToT
AK- Kilimanjaro Safari

Never have made it to rope drop but this year it's my goal. Kids and Husband preferred to sleep in but this year I have decided that I'm leaving them at the hotel and heading to rope drop on my own!!!!

EPCOT: Boys and Daddy ride TT while Mommy goes to get FP for Soarin, then Mommy comes back and rides TT w/ them!
MK: Splash- I can usually run over and get the FP quickly. We ride Splash sometimes twice, and Thunder 2-3 times.
DHS: I go to get FP for TSMM! Then we get in line and wait so we can ride it twice.
AK: Safari! My parents were nearly run over when the people were rushing to the Safari.

Where are our magical friends that turn at rope drop, head back to their cars and head to UNI? You know, since everything at WDW is cr@p
