is there timelines as to when i can call to make room requests? I need to request a portable crib and also ask to have rooms near each other.

also- are there fridges in the rooms at caribbean beach or do we have to request them?

There should be small fridges in all the moderates.

I'm not sure when you're going, but I would think asking for specifics as early as possible would get you the best results.

There are fridges at Caribbean and you should be able to make requests alongside your reservation at any time.
