Room location request for POR blank?

Has anyone tried making a location request for POR lately? When I try, it comes up blank for both fields.

I actually just called about this - was told from Internet help desk because of all the construction around the hotels they removed the option (the hotel I am staying at doesn’t even have construction but it didn’t matter). I was directed to call and make request directly.

I have two upcoming for BLT and the GF the fields where also blank as well.

The fields were blank in March for my CSR trip as well. I've always called the main reservation number and asked them to make a note on my trip on which section or building I prefer.

Good to know, I thought it was because I was outside of the 60 day window.

I had to call, I couldn't do this online earlier this year on my April trip.
