Rocks at BTM...will they ever get fixed?

Now that disco Yeti seems to be getting any TLC, will the rocks at Big Thunder get some love too? On our last couple of trips the rocks no longer move to simulate falling rocks. It really does take a little something away from the ride.

I heard the current plan is that they're going to darken the scene and put strobe lights on the rocks to simulate movement.

There was no movement at all when I rode a few times last week.

That whole show scene really bugs the crap out of me! How long does it take to fix a few things in this area? It's getting ridiculous! WDW...you guys are looking SO CHEAP with glaring issues like this one not being fixed over years!!!

The REAL question is will anything get fixed. Next thing will see is a duct taped neck around John in CoP and they will say it's fixed...Seriously TDO should get there act together. If Walt saw this...He'd be furious.

Agree! with you all. This is pathetic. The last thing that seperated Disney from the rest of the theme park industry is there attention to detail and unique rides. TDO get on this it is a joke. How about start caring about e ticket attractions. Either way if the tiki room comes back to glory I will never write another pessimistic post again.... well for a while lol.

I would say until some of the glaring problems are fixed you can keep writing those pessimistic posts. It shouldn't take an actual fire to light a fire under their tails to get things done right.
