Rocket Rods at DL

Anybody in the know think its possible to use this ride and building for a Treasure Planet theme but having the slower vehicles instead and making it interact exactly like the Buzz Lightyear ride at WDW?

Nothing's impossible...

but this is merely improbable...

Considering Rocket Rods is like the WEDway People Mover/Tomorrowland Transit Authority in the MK, and only uses its main building as a queue, and the actual track winds about the exterior of Tomorrowland, unless they were to place the props and targets and stuff outside, or in isolated intervals along the covered outsides of the buildings the Rocket Rod track traces, then it would be improbable that a Buzz-style ride would be retrofitted to the RR track...

The actual building/queue, which is also a CircleVision theater, could be able to be turned into a Buzz-style ride, considering there's enough space, but the actual Rocket Rods track would be left out, forgotten, and of no use in this project...

Not only that, but why would they WANT do do that? The company has already admitted Treasure Planet was a flop so I can't imagine they would want invest in a theme park ride based on it. Plus, Buzz Lightyear is a cute ride but definitely not worth that kind of investment of money and real estate.

That is exactly what they are doing at Tokyo Disneyland.
