Riverside or French Quarter

Which Port Orleans resort is better and why? What are the pros and cons?

Sorry about your bad experience at RS food court.

All of our food was fresh and delicious while we were there!

I had a great beef sandwich on focaccia with blue cheese,
mmm, I can taste it now!

It does get pretty busy there sometimes, though.

French Quarter. My favorite moderate.
Small, quiet, peaceful.....and beignets for breakfast.:slurp:

I loved the POFQ. I found Riverside to be too big.

Riverside far and away. POFQ is just not as nice to me. Could be because it is New Orleans themed and I think New Orleans is downright NASTY.

Stayed in both, love them both. But if pressed, woud lean towards Riverside. You'll do a little more walking there, but the island pool and clearly superior retail shop give it the edge in my book.

Reasons have already been stated - POFQ. Stayed there for a week last August and loved it.
