Rise 1pm boarding group change

I just want to check cause I'm almost 99% when it comes to the one o'clock boarding group, as long as you've entered the park in the morning you can leave and try for the 1 o'clock boarding group from anywhere on property. I did this in May without a problem but unfortunately I'm getting a lot of resistance from some of the Facebook groups when people are asking. I know this changed happened in May but I'm having a hard time finding the info on it.

I believe so. In June, as I was leaving Hollywood one time to go back to my resort, I got a boarding group during the 1pm booking. I was leaving the park and on a surrounding highway at the time. I had no problem booking it.
