You'd probably see these cars at a car show, but not at your local dealership. The yellow Corvette was actually raced in the 24-hour Le Mans series.
The store is an interesting concept - when we were there last night, there was a long line of people purchasing their own creations.
OK, I believe you...but the one that got me looked like an ordinary black pick-up. Nice truck, I guess, but again, snapping pictures of a roped off pick-up?
BTW, there was a long line of people everywhere last night--it's Easter week. Even the magic show had a line out the door. Well, everywhere but DisneyQuest, which was dead...read into the future of that attraction what you will.
It looks temporary because it is temporary. That said, for a temporary toy store essentially dedicated to one (yes one) toy, I'd say it's very impressive. But hey, I understand it is thought to be sophisticated to find something to complain about with anything new at DTD. Fortunately I'm not given to uncritical group think.
Not saying you are, but there are some trolls around here. :hurl::lol:
So DTD is reduced to chintzy temporary stores? What next, follow Dolly Parton's lead and put a revolving flea market in Mannequins? Sometimes the trolls are right, JT--it's just bad show.
:ROFLOL:Seinfeld reference...
Thank you for getting that.
