ride vs. replacement

okay if your like me which many of you are on this forum then you seen as many ride changes as i have had. so i leave this out to you which version do you perfer the orginal or the replacement.

for instance:
i perfer kitchen kabert or food rocks to soarin
i perfer Horizons to M:S
i perfer tower of terror 1 then unlimited drops tower of terror
i perfer the old happy singalong ending spaceship earth to sleeping through it

okay now its your turn

how could you like tower of terror in its original form compared to now? the random programming is by far better than the original...

i did like kitchen kabaret more than food rocks, but soarin is awesome and will be great in EPCOT

sorry for the confusion i mean i can't take another change that area has seen its 4th renovation now (food rocks was redone once). i know i will probaly enjoy soarin' its just not going to be kitchen kabert and neither was food rocks for that matter.

Mission: Space is much better than Horizons. In Mission:Space, you are in a great thrill ride. The entire ride, and theme is great. All you did in Horizons was sit in the car and ride through different rooms. That's why I think Mission: Space is better than Horizons.

And that's why I hate Mission: SPACE. You're watching a move in a simulatior. I hate simulators period. What is a simulator? A ride that is attached to one point. If it's on a track, it's not a simulator. Space's time as being a popular attraction is limited. It was way over-hyped in my opinion.

unfortunately i'm gonna have to agree, i was very hyped up about M:S, and when i actually rode it, it was good, but it was less than what i expected or wished it could be. tho i went on it the first day it had soft openings (some time in early June), so i'm hoping they perfected everything when i go on it next week.

Well I did the same thing with AE over SGE. But in fairness I did say that no matter what was replacing AE I would still pick AE. That's the way all time favorite attractions work

Mission:Space at least goes faster than Horizons did. The simulator is intended to make you feel that you are going to Mars and it does. Horizons was just a boring ride where you would sit in a slow moving tram and look at robots that were poor in quality.

How old were you when you went on Horizons?

Horizons had an amazing story to it. And Space may seem like it's going fast, but it's not really going that fast at all.

Mission Space is intense - not fast.

And Horizons had some wicked-cool animatronics.
