This gave me a chuckle as I've had similar thoughts.

For me, if I could get the tech to make it work as well, would be the people mover. I could just have a hovering seat of awesome.

I'd take a monorail and add screens to it similar to what they did for the Hogwart's Expresss. Basically, I would have film of all of the monorail loops filmed from both sides and all three tracks so you can ride it virtually. We would also add some vibrations and the requisite stop because there is a train that is too close to us on the track.
