Does anyone know where I can get the soundtracks for some of the rides at WDW? I've gotten a few from Limewire but they don't seem to be that great. Thanks to all that help! :)

Try emule! I got nearly ALL attractions soundtracks and songs and a lot of background music from there. For example the Adventureland BGM loop, a part of the Frontierland BGM, a lot from DAK and so on. I have about 150 audio files from WDW, including some extinct classics like Horizons and I found 95% of them on emule.

My brother picked up a 2-CD set of ride music about 3 years ago at either DTD (maybe Virgin?) or at one of the parks. It has a lot of great music from the rides. I will check for the title.

I think emule is better. You can download entire disney albums as ZIP or RAR-files. I even found the historic and rare original Haunted Mansion Album there.

While emule sounds nice, it appears to be just another Napster, Kazaa, Limewire-type service, whereas mousebits.com is by disney fans who supply the music.

No hit on emule, but mousebits.com is head and shoulders above.

WDW sells a 2-disc CD of songs from different attractions, I own it and it has alot of good music on it. You can order it by mail by calling WDW Merchandise at 1-407-363-6200. I hope that this helps

because mp3 or flac files won't compress more than 1or 2% (if at all) .. I don't see how that is any advantage

besides depending on how the uploader prepared the file they can be zip/rar or you name it
