The AllEarsNet chart is pretty good, although it does mention that the safari at DAK is not recommended. I guess if the "bridge" is working properly, that might be the safety concern...
I, too, am pregnant and will be on our next trip in December. I also found the book "Passporters Walt Disney World for Your Special Needs" has info for those of us who are expecting (along with other special needs- dietary, medical, etc.) Found it on Amazon.com, but also saw it at Barnes and Noble. From what I've read so far, it is pretty comprehensive about things you might want to know, and about things you might not have even thought about (like resort layout- some are rather expansive, so you might need to request to be closer to a certain area, etc.)
Anyway... have fun, and be sure to take pics of your experience, so the new little one can be told/shown "this was your first trip to Disney!" And by all means, get rest during the day!
