Ride Idea

I have a ride idea that could be very likely. With the rumored coming of the demolition of Tom Sawyers Island, I have a great idea. When I think of the most empty "land" of Magic Kingdom I think of Liberty Square (Hall Of Presidents, and Haunted Mansion). And since TSI (Tom Sawyer Island) is close to Liberty Square, why not turn that land into part of a new ride for Liberty Square.

This ride would be similar yet very different to "The Hall of Presidents" and this would be the Great EVENTS of America (Great Events of America wouldn't be the name). An E-Ticket ride where Tom Sawyer Island is today, and it could be similar to The Great Movie Ride, and Spaceship Earth with different segments.

This could make Liberty Square up with Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Adventureland, and Frontierland in popularity.

Respond feedback and what you think could be included in the ride :)

I think this will be moving forums...

Do you not think 2 similar attractions themed to US history will fall flat with international visitors?

My idea for TSI is to turn part of it into a meet and greet area like Camp Mickey in AK but have the characters that are seen in the streets like Woody,Jessie,Lelo,Stich (since they arent at AK) or some of the many others that were seen in ToonTown.
My Daughters idea is to make a Haunted House themed resteraunt that is reservation dinner. They could go nuts with this making staff dress as skeletons or like the ones that work at HH.Eating rooms could be a dancing hall, library or a graveyard type settings.Lightening flashing in the windows.

I love the idea of a Haunted Mansion themed restaurant. The biggest question is theming in the surrounding portions of other lands. Because as everyone knows, you aren't supposed to see other lands and attractions from each land, thus making them all seem to "envelope" you into each theme. Knowing TDO lately, it will sadly sit as a meet and greet or nothing at all. Just my 2c

My idea for a ride that could be made to fit into that area would be a river-raft ride (a la Kali River Rapids, but perhaps a bit more little kid friendly) that would be based on Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day. The rafts could look like giant hunny pots and there could be scenes where you pass under a bridge where they are playing Pooh Sticks, Piglet floating in his umbrella, an indoor part for Pooh's nightmare about Heffalumps and Woozles, and a big scene at the end with the Hero Party.
