Review of the spirit of aloha dinner show

The Spirit of Aloha show is amazing, or at least it was. The last time I was there, in 2003, it was outstanding. It was more than I expected even. I thought it would be simple food with some people on a stage dancing around in barely anything. It was the total opposite of my expectations.
We arrived at the Poly and had to ask where to go, it is rather hard to figure it out on your own unless you are familiar with the Poly resort. The walk to the spot is amazing, it makes you feel like you are going into the jungle or something. As you approach you are greeting and laid by a CM. There is wonderful scenes of nature all around, so I suggest a nice digital camera. We entered the "dinner/show" area where we sat all together. This is the one thing that I was not so happy with. My wife and I sat with other people and ate from the same food selections as others that we did not know. A little weird for us because we had never experience that before. The food was great form what I remember and the show also was excellent. They have some very talented people in the show. They even interact with the audience. They ask if anyone is celebrating anything special and if so they have you come up and learn a dance together. Overall I would do it again. It is great for kids and adults, I mean there are few things I would not take children to at WDW.
