I'm assuming you don't have very young children as you didn't fastpass Peter Pan or Pooh. If so, this looks good.
We usually save Splash for evening as there is almost always fastpass for that one later in the day as there was with paper fastpass. However, Doing it at 11:15 and then going back to your room at 2:45, that will give you a chance to change your clothes if you get soaked. Even when it's hot, I hate walking around the park with a wet bottom.

This looks great! The only thing I might flip is PP and Little Mermaid (I'm assuming you mean the ride, not the meet and greet). PP may get a longer line, but you won't be criss crossing Fantasy land as much.

Honestly, though, either way would work, so go where the lines are shorter :)

Belle usually has a pretty long wait - maybe that has shortened with 7DMT? But, you may have to choose only 1, maybe 2, of the rides you have chosen before splash.

Glad you were able to get A&E FPs! :D

While PP may be gone by then, Dumbo or Mermaid should both have fp+ if you pull#4 for post-break that early and can't fit it standby. I'd pick dumbo as mermaid is omnimover with pretty fast line by comparison. Should also consider pulling tomorrowland speedway for #4

I would hit up PP between rides on the mine train. The walk between the two isn't bad at all but PP builds a line by ten.

If you get there and the mine train is already packed, PP should still be manageable.

Also, I would consider doing HM, Pirates, or Jungle Cruise on your rolling extra. We were able to get all three of those on rolling passes in the same day lol. There's a kiosk in front of jungle cruise and pirates is not far from there.
