Aren't those the same thing? Or do you mean merch delivery from the stores to the front of the parks?
Sorry, let me be more specific. Someone can mail you a package (Amazon, Walmart, for example) to your resort but there are no intra-resort deliveries occurring.

That includes: souvenir pick-up (at front of park) and resort hotel delivery for merchandise (which I assume @LadyPink was referring to anyways). Both still suspended: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/package-pickup-and-delivery/

Try low to mid 40s. I don’t think it’s being held at a consistent percentage by park anymore, It’s more about what they can handle from a staffing standpoint.
Based on my recent experiences in the parks it does feel very crowded. The lines are long but when you look at the parks attractions list and realize how much is still closed I think that is why people feel like the parks are back to normal levels. If everything was open and there were some actual things to do besides standing in line to ride a ride then I think people would say the parks felt very manageable. That might be stating the obvious but I keep seeing people say how busy the parks are and if more restaurants and entertainment and shops were open the lines would probably look very different. There is literally nothing to do but stand in line for rides

The Test Track pre-show was not being used this evening at around 9:30, but the ride had just come back up from being down, so I wonder if they turned it off to move the line along quicker.

Dinosaur’s pre-show was being used. Flight of Passage was still using the one room hybrid pre-show.

Test Track, FoP, and Dinosaur all had some lingering plexiglass in random parts of the queue, but by the looks of it it was the more permanent looking installations that’ll take a little longer to remove.

Since it is difficult to track each and every single measure within the parks, I have made the following update. It is quite clear that all of it is going (if there are even any left). If there is anything that remains after another week or so, I will update it again. If any of you see anything that you think will last a bit longer, please let me know!

Attraction COVID-19 Measures*
✅
Single rider
✅ Removal of distancing
✅ Loading every row
✅ Pre-shows
✅ Removal of plexiglass from outdoor queues
✅ Removal of plexiglass from indoor queues (removal in progress, should all be removed shortly)
✅ Removal of plexiglass from ride vehicles (removal in progress, should all be removed shortly)
✅ Playgrounds reopened
*as of 6/15, all of the attraction COVID-19 measures have been marked for removal. Most have been removed but there may be residual remnants of said measures as they remove them each night.
