This is the service provided by Disney when you buy souvenirs, etc. You fill out a form and they deliver it to your resort, which means you don't have to carry your purchases around the park. Little things mean a lot.

When it comes to resort offerings, are things like surrey rentals running? And do you include or exclude boat/water sprite rentals as a covid loss or just cut for unknown reasons?

Anything that was operating the day prior to shutdown that is not operating right now for reasons not due to refurbishment is a COVID loss (as far as this tracker goes). Are the crescent lake rentals still suspended?

They do, but fortunately things are storming back finally! I'm now tracking these metrics in Real-Time (link included in the worksheet above).

@MansionButler84, @marni1971 - is leading us down to some big comebacks in early July, I can't wait to mark those shows as "back".
