Of course it would. And I’m sure if they can, they will. The issue remains with staffing. Believe me, if they had the staff, every restaurant and resort would already be operational.

Well that's disappointing! I was hoping Toledo would finally open.

Mitsukoshi is having a huge hiring fair next weekend. There are ads all over my Facebook feed promising hiring on the spot for cooks, servers, quick service, and host/hostess positions. Perhaps they’re about to make a push to get Tokyo Dining up and running again?

At this point I'll take them just staffing the current restaurants to 100%
