Are they going to bring back printed maps and times guides?
Although, I did see on YT today that the VIP Parade Spot was roped off today at MK... No clue why. Can't be for HEA Test, too many trees I think?
I'm sure they will once things get back to normal. Pretty soon now I'm sure. Are they going to bring back printed maps and times guides?

Saw park maps in every park this week. Would expect Time Guides to come back next week as wellAre they going to bring back printed maps and times guides?

Park Pass System ("here to stay" per Chapek's latest comments on it)
I haven’t had to hunt at all. Front and center at every park. There’s printed maps now, you just have to hunt for them. The big displays of them are gone.
Ooof. I hadn't heard that.
I hope that changes eventually, it's a terrible system for guests.

Maybe it was the times guide the person said that is not out right now during covid restrictions. I probably misunderstood them.Maps are definitely visible and easy to locate.
Times Guides, however, are still not back.
And really…right now what would they put in them? There’s very little entertainment to speak of. There are no parades, the cavalcades are supposed to be surprises, there’s no real meet and greets, etc. They'd be rather sparse at the moment.
Disney likes it because it's another tool they can use to forecast attendance, and therefore plan staffing.
But yes, it's for their benefit, not ours.
It's awful, it completely prioritizes money saving over guest experience.
I like your tracking. Technically it’s “normalcy” not “normality.”Now that things seem to be moving along quite quickly, I thought I would put together a return to normality tracker. If you don't see it here, it is most likely because it has reopened and is not significant enough to call out specifically.
Please post updates/corrections as you see them and I will update this original post.
This is NOT a refurbishment/unexpected downtime tracker, which is why you may not see things listed like Club Cool, Main Street Confectionery or the Walt Disney World Railroad that are closed due to reasons unrelated to COVID-19.

BATB is casting, but likely won’t be until at least September until it’s back, same with most of the other stage shows.Has there been any rumors about more shows returning any time soon? Like in the next month or so? Really hoping more shows/entertainment open up for my August trip.
