Great to hear you enjoyed your visit and great pics. I think that a lot of the magic gets lost on people that visit too frequently though some may find it hard to admit given it can become a bit of an addiction. Yours is the perfect example of absence allowing the heart to grow fonder, where being away from something for a while will make it that much more special when you visit. Even though it was something like 2 years between visits for me, the "magic" didn't quite return for me when I went back. I still love the parks but 300 or so visits in 50 years (tame by many standards) definitely affects my overall enjoyment. I know that's not the same for everyone, some folks can go 100 times a year and it will still feel "magical". I need to take a good long break from the parks...maybe I'll go back when Disneyland Forward is completed.
